Jay worked with Dr. Isaacs to build his reputation in Indianapolis as a Dental Sleep Medicine specialist. This included booking speeches at local service clubs and groups, working with his Digital Marketing Agency to increase emphasis on Sleep Apnea and other aspects of their work. Jay also helped in the office with computer and process and customer service training. Lunch meetings and Zoom calls were booked with local physician group offices and run with Jay and Dr. Isaacs along with his Sleep Coordinator to establish referrals and set up the possibilities of closer work together using Isaacs' Durable Medical Equipment company for Home Sleep Tests. In an effort to expand Taner's business from Turkey to the United States, Taner asked Jay to help him introduce his already formed US LLC business to the North American paper and film converting industries. It is a successful effort and Extreme Converting is on its way to dominating the "Friction Ring" business in the US. Jay helped Taner establish Made in the USA Manufacturing and a local presence and joined him at trade shows to introduce and sell his highly engineered products.
As part of their first live attendance training event after the lock-downs Jay worked with the Gitomers promoting the event on their LinkedIn channels and Jay's weekly The Buyers & Sellers Show. During the live event in Charlotte, NC Jay helped with the multimedia organization and ran the main camera for video taping and live broadcast along with advising the video producer at the scene.

Brittany and Jay spent some serious time going over many aspects of her work with the alumni and the foundation associated with North Central High and Washington Township Schools in Indianapolis.
